Terms & Conditions of Sale

Last updated: July 2026 — template pending legal review

These terms govern the online sale of products under the LIGHTEST brand through the lightest.bike website, operated by Bikee Bike S.r.l. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Seller

Bikee Bike S.r.l. — Registered office: Via F. Zeni 8, 38068 Rovereto (TN), Italy — Operations: Via Maestri del Lavoro 7/A, 46100 Mantova (MN), Italy — VAT IT02334050222 — info@lightest.bike — +39 0376 390846.

2. Products and prices

Prices are shown in euro, VAT included where applicable, and may change at any time. Quotes generated by the configurator are indicative and confirmed by us before shipping. Product images are illustrative.

3. Orders and contract

The sales contract is concluded when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, unavailability or suspected fraud, refunding any amount already paid.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. PayPal, Stripe) over secure connections. We never store your full card data.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship with tracked couriers. Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Risk passes to the customer on delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 30 days of receipt, without giving a reason — a voluntary extension beyond the 14-day EU statutory minimum. Notify us with an explicit declaration (email info@lightest.bike, or registered mail to the seller's address in section 1). Goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging and complete with the accompanying documentation; return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We refund within 30 days of receiving the returned goods — after verifying they have not been damaged or tampered with — using the same payment method. The right does not apply to goods made or configured to the customer's specifications (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code).

7. Legal warranty

Consumer products carry the 24-month legal warranty of conformity under EU law; report the defect within 2 months of discovering it, with your order details, to info@lightest.bike. Return costs for defective products are borne by the buyer.

8. Correct use and compliance

The kit must be installed and used correctly; professional installation is recommended. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the resulting e-bike complies with the road-traffic laws of their country.

9. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks and the patented technology of the Lightest kit belong to Bikee Bike S.r.l. and may not be used without authorisation.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory court is the one of their place of residence; otherwise the Court of Mantova applies. The EU ODR platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
